Process.

We know every forum is as unique as each individual. There is not a one size fits all of forum whether hosting a retreat, a forum launch, fundamental/leadership trainings or up-leveling the basics to create an even more incredible experience. Emma's process is designed with each unique forum in mind.

Explore

Initial introduction into working with Emma is an exploration call with the moderator or retreat planner to understand more about the forum, members, history, desired outcomes, current challenges, etc. This is an opportunity for any clarifying questions or thoughts on the overall process.

Connect

Because every forum is different, and each member may have differing experience, Emma spends 30 minutes with each member to build connection, trust and understand their experience within the forum. These pre-retreat interviews extract alignment opportunities and inform custom agenda creation.

Customize

Whether a half day refresh or 3 day retreat, informed from the insights of the pre-session interviews, as well as forum health survey, Emma custom creates an agenda for your time together. In this agenda includes pre-thought work for the forum to maximize our time together.

Facilitate

Learnings, usage and analytics will tell us how to best optimize to continuously reach your customers and maximize your growth potential.

Support

We know no event is "one and done" and believe you should be supported as such. Emma is available to the forums she supports post retreat for questions, clarifications, celebrations, challenges, etc.

Meet Emma.

Emma Garrison is a human behavior expert and YPO Certified Forum Facilitator who partners with CEOs and executive teams around the world to unlock strategic growth through the psychology of leadership. With a rare blend of deep psychological insight and sharp business strategy, Emma helps leaders connect the dots between mindset, team dynamics, and bottom-line results.


Her work goes beyond coaching. Emma is known for her ability to create safety, engagement, and energy in groups, whether facilitating executive forums or guiding leadership cohorts. This is not just knowledge, but craft. She brings the discipline of systems and accountability together with a future-focused vision; helping organizations scale, evolve, and thrive in an era of disruption and AI-driven change.


In her consulting and coaching practice, Emma supports leaders in mastering both the tangible tools of business and the internal belief systems and patterns that often stand in the way of growth. Her methodology guides clients to heightened awareness of their behaviors and surroundings, enabling lasting transformation and alignment across mind, body, and leadership.

Emma has been immersed in the YPO community for decades and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Master Coach, and a trauma-informed practitioner. She has served as faculty at the Elementum Coaching Institute and trained with many of the industry’s leading voices. Formally educated in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology, and further grounded through executive education in Operations and Finance at The Wharton School, Emma brings both rigor and heart to her work.


Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, she is also a lifelong learner, experience designer, and lover of the outdoors. When not working with leaders, she can be found on a mountain trail or walking with her two pups, Charlie and Gibbon.
